TROUBLESHOOTING If the keyboard does not work as expected please perform a few simple checks it is possible that you would be able to correct problems yourself Check if the batteries are inserted correctly in the keyboard and if they are not empty When the battery capacity is low an indicator LOW low lights up In this case replace both batteries if that would not happen the keyboard automatically turns off If the batteries are in order and the keyboard does not work properly disconnect the dongle receiver from the PC and remove both batteries Then put batteries back in place and connect the receiver to PC The pairing of the receiver and the keyboard was made in the last stage of production If you performed the preceding actions and did not find the cause of the keyboard problems it is possible that it has lost pairing In this case follow these instructions Insert batteries in the keyboard Connect the receiver to PC Place the receiver close to the keyboard the distance between the two devices up to 30 cm 8 Press and hold simultaneously for 2 seconds the key with the Windows icon 00 and the keyboard key simulating the right mouse button see picture The keyboard starts search for the receiver and a green LED starts flashing on the keyboard The completion of pairing will be indicated by blue LED flashing you can start using the keyboard If you will not be successful retry the pairing after three unsuccessful attempts at pairing the PC and the receiver contact the supplier of the keyboard EN
