Grinder wheel shaft sleeve instructions:
1. Install inner flange, attention to the flat end face
towards the outside of the inner flange.

2. Install grinder wheel shaft sleeve, and the grinder
wheel shaft sleeve abuts on the face of the inner
flange.

3. Install grinder wheel, Use only grinder wheel that fits
to grinder wheel shaft sleeve mechanically. Before
installation please check whether the grinder wheel is
knock against, or cracking phenomenon, if find it
broken, please replace a new one. Please put the
grinder wheel on the grinder wheel shaft sleeve, close
to the end of inner flange.

4. Install outer flange assembly, please put the assembly
of the clamp screw side towards the outside.

5. Install nut screw down according to the following
method.
1. Install nut screw
down
NOTE:
Tighten the nut wrench when using random attachment,
such as graphic operation.
(1) Please buckle wrench shaft end position accordingly.
1. Wrench 1, open 17 mm
2. Buckle wrench shaft end position accordingly
(2) Left hand holding the wrench 1, right hand stuck M16
nuts use the wrench 2 and tighten the clockwise, until
the wrench can't budge.
1. Wrench 2, open
24 mm.
(3) Tighten nut rotating grinder wheel observe whether
deflection of grinder wheel is serious, if the deflection
of grinder wheel is greater than 0.5 mm, need to
unload the M16 nut, will discharge the grinder wheel
clockwise 90 degrees, then tighten. If you find still
have the deflection of the above phenomenon, repeat
the above steps or replace the grinder wheel.
