5Installing the remote control
Example of TV:
Turn on the TV manually or use the original remote control.Tune in
to channel 1.
Look up the brand of your TV in the code list at the back of this
manual.A four-figure code is shown for each brand.
Note the code for your brand.
Be careful! There are separate tables for TV, STB, DVD
and VCR.
Make sure you use the codes from the correct table.
Press the TV key until it flashes twice and then
remains lit.
Then enter the code noted in step 2 using the numeric keys.
• The TV key now flashes twice.
• If the key flashes once for an extended period, the code has not
been entered properly or the wrong code has been entered. Start
again from step 2.
Press and hold the Stand-by key of the SRU 5130 until your TV
switches off (stand-by).
Then release the key immediately.
• The SRU 5130 is now set to operate your TV.
