• When the sole temperature reaches the de-
sired temperature value, the (7) indicator will
go out, you can start ironing.
• After you finish ironing set the control (10) to
the “MIN” position.
• Pull the plug out of the socket and let the iron
cool down completely.
Steam ironing
The iron has an anti-drop valve, which stops wa-
ter supply, when the sole temperature is too low,
it prevents appearance of drops out of the sole
openings (14). At heating and cooling down of
the iron sole you will hear corresponding clamps
of opening/closing of the anti-drop valve, that in-
dicates its normal operation.
• Place the iron on the base (11).
• Insert the plug into the socket.
• Make sure that there is enough water in the
water tank (12).
• Turn the temperature control (10) to set the
required ironing temperature: in the steam
operation zone or «MAX» (•••), the indicator
(7) will light up.
• When the iron sole (14) temperature reaches
the desired temperature value, the (7) indica-
tor will go out, you can start ironing.
• Turn the constant steam supply regulator (3)
to set the intensity of steaming, steam will
start outgoing from the openings of the sole
(14).
• After usage of the iron, set temperature con-
trol (10) to the “MIN” position, and the con-
stant steam supply control (3) to the “
” po-
sition (steam supply is off).
• Pull the plug out of the socket and let the iron
cool down completely.
ATTENTION!
If during the operation steam is not constantly
supplied, check whether the steam supply con-
trol (3) is set properly and whether there is water
in the water tank.
Additional steam release
Additional steam release function is useful when
ironing folds and can only be used at high ironing
temperatures (when the iron temperature regu-
lator (10) is set to «•••» or “MAX”) (Fig. 4).
When pressing the steam supply button (6),
steam will go out from the sole.
Note:
- In order to avoid leakage of water from steam
openings, press the additional steam supply
button (6) with a 4-5 sec. interval.
Vertical steaming
Vertical steaming function can be used only
when the high temperature mode is used (set the
temperature regulator (10) to the “MAX” posi-
tion).
Hold the iron vertically at the distance 15-30 cm
from the clothes and press the additional steam
release button (6) with a 4-5 seconds interval,
steam will be released from the sole (14) (Fig. 5).
Important information
• Vertical steaming is not recommended for
synthetic fabrics.
• To avoid melting the fabric, do not touch the
iron sole to the item while steaming.
• Never steam clothes being put on a person,
as the steam temperature is very high, use
hangers for this purpose.
Water sprayer
• You can dampen the fabric by pressing the
spray button (5) several times (Fig. 6).
• Make sure that there is enough water in the
water tank (12).
Steam chamber cleaning
To extend lifetime of the iron, we recommend
cleaning the steam chamber, especially in the
regions with “hard” water.
• Set the steam supply control (3) to the « »
(off) position (steam supply is off).
• Fill the water tank (12) till the “MAX” mark (13).
• Place the iron on the base (11).
• Insert the plug into the socket.
• Set the temperature control (10) to the maxi-
mal temperature of the iron sole «MAX», the
(7) indicator will light up.
• When the sole temperature (14) reaches the
desired temperature value, the indicator (7)
will go out, you can start cleaning the steam
chamber.
• Remove the plug from the socket.
• Hold the iron above the sink horizontally, press
and hold the self clean button (4) (Fig. 7).
• Boiling water and steam together with scale
will be throwing out from the openings in the
iron sole (14).
