Usage

∙ Wipe the appliance and the cones with a damp cloth. Take

care, that the appliance is not plugged in, as it could start

with a pressure on the juice cone.

∙ Place the carrier spindle on the motor part.

∙ Put the juice container on the motor base. The spout must be

placed at the opening.

∙ Put the sieve onto the juice container.

∙ Place the small juice cone onto the carrier spindle. For bigger

fruit, place the bigger juice cone on the small cone.

∙ The fruit shall be cut into halves.

∙ Put the fruit halves on the juice cone. By a slight pressure on

the lever-arm the juice cone rubs the juice out of the flesh. Do

not press too hard, in order not to scrape the white skin which

mostly tastes bitter.

∙ If you press too tight, the motor protection will react and the

device will stop. Continue working with light pressure.

∙ The juice is collected in the juice collector. When the spout is

moved downwards the juice will run out of the spout in a glass,

which must be placed beneath the spout before. Lift the spout

for collecting the juice again.

∙ It must be taken care, that the sieve gets not jammed.

∙ Never try to clean the sieve when the motor is running.

The juicer must be unplugged and the sieve should be

cleaned under running water.

∙ Citrus juice should be consumed quickly and stored in a metal

container.
