Power distribution box
The power distribution box is located in the engine compartment. The
power distribution box contains high-current fuses that protect your
vehicle’s main electrical systems from overloads.
Always disconnect the battery before servicing high current
fuses.
Always replace the cover to the Power Distribution Box before
reconnecting the battery or refilling fluid reservoirs.
If the battery has been disconnected and reconnected, refer to the
Battery section of the Maintenance and care chapter.
The high-current fuses are coded as follows:

- Using your audio system your audio system is equipped with selective lighting a unique lighting strategy this lighting feature is operable when the headlamps are illuminated during the operation of any selected mode lighting for the individual function controls will either illuminate or turn off those controls which have a function for the specific mode of operation selected will be lit while the controls which have no function for that mode will be turned off 34
