15. The vacuum/blowing function is activated by the micro switch (14), placed under, in the centre

of the fire proof part (15). If the switch (12) is in the position I or II, lifting or moving the iron

from the fire proof part (15) the micro switch (14) starts automatically the vacuum function

(pos. I of the switch 12) or the blowing function (pos. II of the switch 12). When the iron is

turn off the iron switch (18), slowly open the pressure cap (16), making sure that there’s no

more steam, disconnect the plug (1) and, after a couple of minutes, refill the boiler with warm

water.

18. When you first press the steam button you might notice a pressure decrease. This is due to

the fact that the internal circuits of the machine are being filled. In order to have plenty of

steam wait until the boiler led goes off (19).

19. Once you finished ironing, we suggest you leave the ironing board open and the ironing board

heating element switch (11) on for a few minutes to ensure that the internal parts of the

board (13) are dry and free of condensation.

20. How to fold the ironing board: turn the three switches (11,17,18) off, remove the power plug

part of the cover (4), put the ironing board (13) in a vertical position with the tip downwards.

ATTENTION: do not loose the 2 unscrewed handles (4).

CAUTION:

- Do not leave the machine unattended while the plug is connected to the socket.

- For complete safety, before filling the boiler, please disconnect the plug.

- While using the machine and 15 minutes afterwards the iron plate reaches very dangerous

temperatures – do not touch it.

PLEASE NOTE:

The use of normal tap water is recommended. In order to clean the boiler and remove limestone,

proceed as follows: when the iron and the steam generator are cold, take the unit out of the ironing

board structure by pulling and lifting it with the handle (26). Place the iron on a surface next to the

place where you’ll do the emptying/rinsing of the boiler. Unscrew the safety cap (16), fill the boiler

with 1.5 lt of warm water, shake the steam generator, turn it upside down and let all the water

mixed with limestone scales come out. This operation can be repeated a couple of times, once a
