3. The device freezes or critical errors occur. You may need to close all applications
or reset the device to restore its functionality. If the device does not work and the
app does not respond, press and hold the power button for 8−10 seconds.
The device will automatically reboot. If this does not solve the problem, perform a
data reset. In the list of applications, press “Setup” > ”Backupand “Reset” > ”Reset
Data” > ”Reset Device” > ”Erase All”.

microphone. Make sure that the headset is properly connected when using it.
