3. The device freezes or critical errors occur. Possible reason: the operating system is

working incorrectly, you need to perform a factory reset or restart the device.

Solution: close all apps or perform a factory reset to restore the device's

functionality. If the tablet does not work and the app does not respond, press, and

hold the power button for 8–10 seconds. The device will restart automatically. If

this does not solve the problem, perform a data reset. To do this, in the list of

applications, press "Settings" > "System" > "Reset settings" > "Delete all data (reset

to the factory settings)".

4. You cannot be heard during a conversation. Possible reasons: built-in microphone

is closed; the headset is connected incorrectly. Solution: make sure that you do not

cover the built-in microphone and that the headset is connected correctly.
