Due to lack of color or poor image quality, you

1. Adjust the color in the menu settings.

2. Keep the TV at a sucient distance from

other electronic devices.

3. Try another channel, maybe get out of the

broadcast signal problem.

MEDIA PLAYER

• This ﬁle is invalid or the sound is normal but

the video is not normal

The media ﬁle may be corrupted, check if the

ﬁle can be played on PC. Check if video and

audio codec decoders are supported.

• “Unsupported audio” appears or the video

is normal but the audio is not normal

• Weak signal
