FAULT CAUSE SOLUTION
It cannot work
normally
The battery runs low or out Charge the battery
The button is damaged Contact the certified service center
The buttons cannot

The battery runs low or out Replace the battery

The buzzer cannot beep
for prompt
The buzzer is damaged Contact the certified service center
No pulse output
The battery runs low or out Charge the battery
The electrode pad is damaged or
polluted without any viscidity or
has a bad contact with skin
Replace with a new electrode pad
The skin is too greasy Wipe skin with alcohol or wet towel
This product is damaged Contact the certified service center
Strong irritation with
skin becoming red
Whether the massage lasts too
long
It is most suitable to
massage for 25 minutes
Whether the massage intensity
is too high
Decrease the intensity to a suitable level
Whether the electrode pad
doesn’t contact close to skin
Contact the electrode pad close to your skin
The skin is allergic to the

Check if your skin is allergic. If slightly allergic,
please change the service part of the electrode
pad or shorten the treatment time. If seriously
allergic, please seek for desensitization treatment

TROUBLESHOOTING
Charging the device.
Connect the USB charging cable one side to the power supply, the other to the charging port on the main body, the
red indicator will light up on the display. When the device is fully charged, the blue indicator will light up. Please
use a power supply with DC characteristics of 5V / 200mA and more. The full charge takes no more than 1 hour.
The device does not work during charging process.
