ORDER OF OPERATION:
1. Assemble the device with the desired attachment.
Installing a puree attachment (mixing
liquids: sauces, pates, soups,
cocktails, making mashed potatoes
from thermally processed ingredients;
chopping vegetables, fruits, etc.) or

Before rst use, wipe the Motor unit with a soft, dry
cloth. Wash the bowl , lid , measuring cup , mixer
attachment , puree attachment and chopping knife
with warm water and detergent. Wipe with soft, dry cloth.
Before assembling or disassembling the device and/
or removing attachments, make sure that the device is
unplugged.
The knives are very sharp, be careful.

Сut dense ingredients (for example,
boiled meat, fried liver, etc.) into
pieces no more than 2x2x2 cm.
RECOMMENDATION ON PREPARATION
a mixer attachment (for mixing light
dough, making mashed potatoes,
whipping cream or egg proteins):
Insert the attachment into the motor unit and
turn it counterclockwise until it stops Pic. D-1.
For the mixer attachment, rst insert the mixer
attachment into the drive, you should hear a
click, Pic. D-4; then install it into the motor unit
in the same way, Pic. D-5.
Dip the attachment into the bowl with the
prepared ingredients to avoid splashing, Pic.
D-2.
NOTE! For the best results, start mixing the
ingredients at a low speed, then increase the
speed.
Whip the ingredients in small portions - no more
than 4 egg whites at a time, etc.
Installing the chopping knife (used for
preparing baby food, minced meat,
chopped nuts, pates, chopping onions,
herbs, garlic, etc.):
Place the chopping knife into the bowl, Pic. D-7.
Add the required ingredients and close the bowl
with the lid.
Place the motor unit in the special hole on the
bowl lid and turn it clockwise, Pic. D-8.
2. Plug in the device.
3. Select the required speed by setting its speed
switch. The device has a smooth speed control
(from low speed to high.) Then press and hold the
on/o󰀨 button.
4. You can also turn on the device by holding down the
TURBO Mode. In this case, the device will operate at
maximal speed all the time.
5. To switch o󰀨, release the TURBO Mode.
6. Unplug the device.
7. Remove the motor unit.
You can open the bowl’s lid only when the
motor unit is removed.
Maximum time of continues use of the device
– 1 minute. The interval between the cycles
should be 5-10 minutes.
Before chopping, it is recommended to cut ingredients into 2x2x2 cm cubes. Chopping time and weight in the table are
shown for information purposes only and may vary depending on the original quality and freshness of the products.
