OSCILLATING GRINDER WORK
• During operation, the entire grinding surface of the working foot must
rest on the workpiece surface.
• Apply moderate pressure to the grinder, move it over the material being
processed with rotational movements, in a transverse or longitudinal
direction.
• For rough work use sandpaper with coarser grain, and for finishing
work with fine grain. The type of sandpaper is best selected by trial.
• When finishing polishing, reduce the pressure on the grinder and lift it
above the workpiece and only then turn it off.
OPERATION MAINTENANCE
Before proceeding with any installation, adjustment, repair or
maintenance activities, remove the plug of the power cord from the
mains outlet.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
• It is recommended to clean the device immediately after each use.
• Do not use water or other liquids for cleaning.
• The device should be cleaned with a brush or blown with low-pressure
compressed air. Do not use any cleaning agents or solvents, as they
may damage plastic parts.
• Regularly clean the ventilation gaps in the engine housing to prevent
overheating of the device.
• In the event of excessive sparking on the commutator, have the
condition of the carbon brushes of the engine checked by a qualified
person.
• Always keep the device in a dry place, out of reach of children.
REPLACEMENT / REPLACEMENT OF THE WORKING FOOT
Depending on the needs and type of work performed, an appropriate
working foot should be used. The types of working feet fitted with the
device are shown in Figure F
• Unscrew the working foot attachment screws (4) (Fig G).
• Remove and replace the foot.
• Tighten the fixing screws.
The damaged working foot must be replaced immediately.
REPLACEMENT OF CARBON BRUSHES
Worn (shorter than 5 mm), burnt or cracked carbon brushes of the
motor should be replaced immediately. Both brushes are always
replaced at the same time.
The operation of replacing carbon brushes should be entrusted only
to a qualified person using original parts.
All kinds of defects should be removed by the manufacturer's authorized
service

necessary to take into account the periods when the device is turned
off or when it is turned on but is not used for operation. After a

In order to protect the user from the effects of vibrations, additional safety
measures should be introduced, such as: cyclical maintenance of the
device and working tools, protection of the appropriate hand temperature
and proper organization of work.

Держите электроинструмент за изолированные поверхности,
иначе шлифующая поверхность может соприкоснуться с его

привести к поражению оператора электрическим током.
При шлифовании деревянных и металлических поверхностей,
например, окрашенных красками, содержащими свинец, может
образоваться вредная/токсичная пыль. Контакт или вдыхание такой
пыли может представлять опасность для здоровья оператора или
посторонних лиц. Следует пользоваться соответствующими
средствами индивидуальной защиты, такими как респираторы,
защитные очки. Следует подключить пылеудаляющую установку.
ПЕРЕД НАЧАЛОМ РАБОТЫ СО ШЛИФОВАЛЬНОЙ МАШИНОЙ
• Во время работы шлифовальную машину необходимо держать
крепко, обеими руками.
• Перед тем как включить шлифовальную машину, убедитесь, что
наждачная бумага машины не касается материала, который будет
обрабатываться.
• Перед тем как включить шлифовальную машину, убедитесь, что
наждачная бумага надежно закреплена, а рычаги зажима бумаги
приведены в положение зажима бумаги.
• Запрещается касаться движущихся частей шлифовальной
машины.
• Запрещается убирать шлифовальную машину после выключения
до остановки ее движущихся частей.
• Если во время шлифования образуется пыль, используйте
защитную маску. Пыль, образующаяся во время шлифования
окрашенных свинецсодержащей краской поверхностей,
некоторых видов дерева и металла, является опасной.
• Беременным женщинам и детям не следует входить в
помещение, в котором с помощью шлифовальной машины
удаляется свинецсодержащая краска.
