This unit is not intended for use by children.

•

Place the unit out of reach of children while it operates or

cools down.

•

Do not allow children to touch the unit body or the power

cord during operation of the unit.

•

The unit is not intended to be used by people (including

children) with physical, sensory or mental disabilities or by

persons lacking experience or knowledge if they are not

under the supervision of a person who is responsible for

their safety or if they are not instructed by this person on

the usage of the unit.

•

Do not leave children unattended to avoid them using the

unit as a toy. For child safety reasons do not leave polyeth-

ylene bags, used as packaging, unattended.

Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene

bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation!

•

Check the integrity of the power cord, the power plug and

the kettle body periodically.

•

If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the

manufacturer, the maintenance service or similar qualified

personnel to avoid danger.

•

Do not repair the unit by yourself. Do not disassemble the

unit by yourself, if any malfunction is detected or after it was

dropped, unplug the unit and contact any authorized ser-

vice center from the contact address list given in the war-

ranty certificate and on the website www.rondell.ru.

•

Transport the unit in the original packaging only.

•

Keep the unit out of reach of children or people with dis-

abilities.

THIS UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. COM-

MERCIAL USE AND USE IN PRODUCTION AREAS AND WORK

SPACES IS PROHIBITED.

BEFORE FIRST USE

After transportation or storage of the unit at low tem-

perature keep it for at least three hours at room tempera-

ture before switching on.

There may be water spots in the kettle, this is normal, as the

unit has undergone factory quality control.

–

Unpack the kettle and remove any stickers that can pre-

vent unit operation.

–

Check the unit for damages; do not use it if it appears to

be damaged.

–

Make sure that the operating voltage of the unit corre-

sponds to the voltage of your mains.

–

Insert the power plug into the mains socket. You will hear a

sound signal. The display (6) will show the temperature of

water inside the kettle.

–

To fill the kettle with water, remove it from the base (8); the

display (6) will switch off accordingly. Open the lid (3) of the

kettle by pressing the lid opening button (4).

–

Fill the kettle with water up to the maximum level mark «MAX».

–

Close the lid (3), place the kettle on the base (8). Make sure

that the kettle lid (3) is closed tightly. You will again hear a

sound signal. The display (6) will show the temperature of

water inside the kettle.

Notes: If none of the touch buttons are pressed within 5 min-

utes, the kettle will switch to standby mode: the display (6)

will turn off.

Press the touch button (11) to boil water. You will hear

a sound signal and the boiling mode will turn on. The BOIL

symbol will appear on the indication panel (10). The boil-

ing process will begin. The display (6) will show the water

temperature.

–

Once the water has boiled, you will hear a double sound sig-

nal, and the boiling process will stop.

–

You can switch off the kettle during boiling by touching the

power touch button (11). You will hear a short sound

signal. The boiling process will stop. The display (6) will be

showing the temperature of water inside the kettle.

–

Drain the water and repeat the water boiling procedure

2-3 times.

ATTENTION! To avoid getting burned by hot steam, do not

lean over the kettle spout (2) while it is operating.

USING THE KETTLE AND ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS

–

Insert the power plug into the mains socket.

–

To fill the kettle with water, remove it from the base (8), open

the lid (3) by pressing the lid opening button (4).

–

Fill the kettle with water no higher than the maximum level

mark «MAX».

–

Close the lid (3) and put the filled kettle on the base (8).

Make sure that the kettle lid (3) is closed tightly. You will

hear a sound signal. The display (6) will show the tempera-

ture of water inside the kettle.

Notes: If none of the buttons are pressed within 5 minute, the

kettle will go into standby mode: the display (6) will turn off.

Boiling mode

Touch the button (11) to boil water. You will hear a short

sound signal. The BOIL symbol will appear on the indication

panel (10). The boiling process will begin, the display (6) will

show the water temperature.

–

Once the water has boiled, you will hear a double sound sig-

nal, and the boiling process will stop.

–

You can switch off the kettle by pressing the power button

(11). The BOIL symbol will disappear. The display (6)
