Only disassemble the meat grinder once you have finished
using it, switched it off by moving the switch (5) to the «OFF»
position, and unplugged it from the mains.
MEAT PROCESSING
Notes:
To improve the meat processing procedure, cut the meat into
strips or cubes (20 mm x 20 mm x 60 mm), or strips of such
size that can easily fit into the tray opening (1). Frozen meat
must be completely defrosted.
During operation, use the supplied pusher (7) (fig. 9); do not
use any other objects to push the meat, and do not under any
circumstances push the meat with your hands.
Only disassemble the meat grinder once you have finished
using it, switched it off by moving the switch (5) to the «OFF»
position (switched off), and unplugged it from the mains.
To remove the grinding mechanism (8), press the lock but-
ton (2) and turn the grinding mechanism clockwise (fig. 10).
To disassemble the grinding mechanism, unscrew the retain-
ing ring (12) and remove the installed plate (10, 11, or 13),
cross-shaped blade (14), and auger (9) from the grinding
mechanism body.
Filling sausages
Prepare minced meat.
Put the minced meat on the food tray (1).
Use natural sausage casing for sausage making, having put it
beforehand into a bowl with warm water for 10 minutes.
Pull the softened casing on the attachment (15) and tie a knot
on the casing end.
Insert the plug into the mains socket.
Switch the meat grinder on by setting the switch (5) to the
«ON» position (switched on).
Use the pusher (7) to feed the prepared minced meat into
the casing, moisten it with water as it dries and slide it off the
attachment (15) as it fills.
Only disassemble the meat grinder once you have finished
using it, switched it off by moving the switch (5) to the «OFF»
position (switched off), and unplugged it from the mains.
Using the «kebbe» attachment
Kebbe is a traditional Middle Eastern dish cooked of lamb meat,
wheat flour and spices chopped together to prepare the base for
hollow rolls. The rolls are filled and deep fried.
You can make different delicacies trying various fillings.
Prepare the casing base
Put the prepared casing meat on the food pan (1).
Insert the power cord plug into the mains socket.
Switch the meat grinder on by setting the switch (5) to the
«ON» position (switched on).
Use the pusher (7) to feed the base for casing.
Cut the rolls of the required length.
Only disassemble the meat grinder once you have finished
using it, switched it off by moving the switch (5) to the «OFF»
position (switched off), and unplugged it from the mains.
RECIPE
Filling
Lamb meat 100 g
Olive oil 1,5 table spoon
Onion (minced) 1,5 table spoon
Spice to taste
Salt 1/4 tea spoon
Flour 1 table spoon or 1/2 table spoon
Mince the lamb meat once or twice.
Fry onion in oil until it gets gold color, and then add minced
lamb meat, spice, salt and flour.
Casing
Lean meat 450 g
Flour 150-200 g
Spice 1 tea spoon (to taste)
Nutmeg 1 pc.
Ground chilli pepper (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Mince the meat thrice, mince nutmeg, and mix the compo-
nents.
More meat and less flour in a casing provide better consis-
tency and taste of the prepared dish.
Fill the rolls, clamp at edges, and shape as you wish.
Deep fry the rolls.
MEAT GRINDER CARE
After finishing your work, switch off the meat grinder by moving
the switch (5) to the «OFF» position (switched off) and remove
the power plug from the electrical outlet.
Unscrew the retaining ring (12) and remove the plate (10, 11, or
13), cross-shaped blade (14), and auger (9).
Remove the auger (9) from the grinding mechanism (8).
Clean any food remnants from the auger (9).
Wash the parts of the meat grinder (1, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,
15, 16, 17) in warm water with a neutral detergent, rinse them
and dry them carefully before reassembling.
Never wash the parts of the meat grinder in a dishwasher.
Clean the meat grinder body (4) with a slightly damp cloth and
then wipe the body dry.
Do not use solvents or abrasives to clean the meat grinder
body (4).
Provide that no liquid gets inside the meat grinder body.
Oil the plates (10, 11, 13) and the blade (14) with vegetable oil
before taking the dried accessories away for storage – this will
protect them from oxidation.
