ICE MAKER RDE-1970
The ice maker is intended for making cube ice which is used
for cooling down drinks and containers with liquid.

ATTENTION!
For additional protection against possible electric shock it
is reasonable to install a residual current device (RCD) with
nominal operation current not exceeding 30 mA. To install
RCD, contact a specialist.
SAFETY MEASURES
Read this instruction manual carefully before using the
unit and keep it for the whole operation period. Use the ice
maker only for its intended purpose, as described in this
manual. Mishandling the ice maker can lead to its breakage
and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property.
This unit is intended for use in domestic and similar con-
ditions:
in kitchen areas for staff in shops, offices and other
industrial conditions;
in farm buildings and by clients in hotels, motels and
other residential-type infrastructure;
in the conditions of the boarding house «accommoda-
tion plus breakfast»;
in public catering and similar conditions unrelated to
trade.
This unit is intended for use in closed rooms at the tem-
perature above 0 °C.
This unit is not intended to be used by people with phys-
ical, sensory or mental disabilities (including children) or
by persons lacking experience or knowledge if they are
not under supervision of persons who are responsible for
their safety or if they are not instructed by these persons
on the usage of the unit.
Children should be supervised to avoid playing with
the unit.
Children are not allowed to perform cleaning and main-
tenance of the unit without supervision of adults.
Before the use check the unit for visible damages. If the
unit is damaged, do not use it.
Place the ice maker away from direct sunlight.
When placing the unit, make sure that it is installed verti-
cally, not at an angle, and not upside down.
Do not immerse the unit into water and don’t use it in
the bathroom.
Before plugging the unit in make sure that the oper-
ating voltage of the unit corresponds to the voltage of
your mains.
Do not connect the unit to the mains socket without
grounding contact.
Do not use the unit if the power cord is damaged. If the
power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the man-
ufacturer, service department or similar qualified per-
sonnel to avoid potential injuries.
The power cord is equipped with a «europlug»; plug it
into the socket with reliable grounding contact.
To avoid fire, do not use adapters for connecting the
unit to the mains.
Never pull the cord to disconnect the unit from the
socket. Grasp the plug and pull it out of the socket.
Do not touch the power cord, the plug and the ice maker
body with wet hands.
Do not store explosives, such as spray cans containing
working fluid, inside the unit.
The working fluid inflames inside the unit. This flamma-
ble material must be disposed of in accordance with cur-
rent regulations.
Do not leave the operating unit unattended.
For children safety reasons do not leave polyethylene
bags, used as packaging, unattended.
ATTENTION! Do not allow children to play with polyeth-
ylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation!
In order to avoid potential injuries, it is forbidden to
repair the device yourself. Do not disassemble the unit
by yourself, if any malfunction is detected or after the
