• Make sure that the indicated specications of the
power supply voltage of the unit correspond to the
specications of your mains.
• Open the door (2) by the handle (1).
• Remove the crumb tray (3).
• Wash the crumb tray (3), the dehydration grids (4) with
warm water and neutral detergent, rinse and dry.
• Wipe the dehydrator body (7) and the door (2) with
damp cloth and then wipe dry.
Attention! Do not submerge the body of the food
dehydrator (7) into water or other liquids. Ensure that no
water spills into the ventilation openings on the body (7) of
the food dehydrator.
• Before the rst use switch the dehydrator on with no
grids (4) installed to deodorize the heating element.
• Insert the power cord plug into the mains socket.
• Turn the knob (8) and set the temperature «80 ºС».
• To switch the dehydrator on, turn the knob (10)
clockwise and set the operating time to 1 hour, the light
indicator (9) will light up.
• After 10-20 minutes, switch the dehydrator o󰀨 by setting
the knob (10) to the position «OFF», unplug the power
cord from the electrical outlet.
Notes: small amounts of smoke and foreign odor are to
be expected during rst use. This is normal and does not
constitute a warrantable failure.
USING DEHYDRATOR
ATTENTION!
• The dehydration time for each food is individual and
dependent on its size, natural moisture content, and
also on the relative room humidity. For more information
see the «Drying Times & Temperature Guide» section,
see also the dehydration temperature and time tables.
• Before dehydrating your foods, wash them, dry, and
chop or cut into thin slices.
• Lay out the foods onto grids (4) for dehydration at
a distance so as to ensure free passage of hot air
between the food chops or slices.
• Install the grids (4) in the process chamber (5).
• Close the door (2).
• Connect the power plug to an electrical outlet.
• Turn the knob (8) and set the required dehydration
temperature from 45 ºС to 80 ºС.
• To switch the dehydrator on, turn the knob (10)
clockwise and set the required dehydration time for
the products, the light indicator (9) will light up, the
maximum dehydration time is up to 12 hours.
• It is recommended to check the products readiness
every 1-2 hours. If products are dried unevenly, you can
turn them or interchange the grids (4).
• Before interchanging the grids (4), switch the dehydrator
o󰀨 by setting the knob (10) to the position «OFF». Open
the door (2) by the handle (1). Do not place your face or
other exposed parts of your body near the dehydration
grids to avoid being burned by hot air.
