• Make sure that the indicated specications of the

power supply voltage of the unit correspond to the

specications of your mains.

• Open the door (2) by the handle (1).

• Remove the crumb tray (4).

• Wash the crumb tray (4), the dehydration grids (3) with

warm water and neutral detergent, rinse and dry.

• Wipe the dehydrator body (5) and the door (2) with

damp cloth and then wipe dry.

Attention! Do not submerge the body of the food

dehydrator (5) into water or other liquids. Ensure that no

water spills into the ventilation openings on the body (5) of

the food dehydrator.

• Before the rst use switch the dehydrator on with no

grids (3) installed to deodorize the heating element.

• Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet, a beep will

sound and the digital symbols «00:00» will appear on

the display (8).

• By pressing the buttons (9) «

, » set the

temperature to «80 °C».

• Press the buttons (10) «-, +» to set the time to «30»

minutes.

• To turn on the dehydrator, press the on/o󰀨 button (11)

».

• During the operation of the dehydrator, the display (8)

will show the set temperature and dehydration time

every 3 seconds.

• After the set time has elapsed, beeps will sound and

the dehydrator will turn o󰀨. Unplug the power cord from

the mains.

Notes: small amounts of smoke and foreign odor are to

be expected during rst use. This is normal and does not

constitute a warrantable failure.

USING DEHYDRATOR

ATTENTION!

• The dehydration time for each food is individual and

dependent on its size, natural moisture content, and

also on the relative room humidity. For more information

see the «Drying Times & Temperature Guide» section,

see also the dehydration temperature and time tables.

• Before dehydrating your foods, wash them, dry, and

chop or cut into thin slices.

• Lay out the foods onto grids (3) for dehydration at

a distance so as to ensure free passage of hot air

between the food chops or slices.

• Install the grids (3) in the process chamber.

• Close the door (2).

• Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet, a beep will

sound and the digital symbols «00:00» will appear on

the display (8).

• By pressing the buttons (9) «

, » set the

temperature of dehydration of foods from 35 °C to 80

°C. Setting increment is 1 °C. To quickly change the

temperature settings, press and hold the desired button

(9) «

or ».

• By pressing the buttons (10) «-, +» set the temperature

of dehydration of foods from 30 minutes to 24 hours.
