Possible troubles and troubleshooting:
Malfunction Cause Solution
The garment steamer
is not switched on.
The power plug is not inserted into the
socket.
No voltage in the socket.
Insert the power plug into the mains
socket.
Insert a known good appliance into
the socket; if the socket malfunctions,
contact the appropriate service.
No steam release. The steamer didn’t heat up to the
required temperature.
You do not press the steam supply
button completely.
Not enough water in the water tank.
The water tank is not installed properly.
You turned the steamer over.
Wait until the steamer heats up and the
light indicator glows constantly.
Press the steam supply button as far as
it wil go.
Fill the water tank with water.
Make sure that the water tank is
installed properly.
The steamer is intended for operating
only in vertical position.
Water leaks from
the steam release
openings.
During the operation the pressure
in the steam chamber increases, so
water drops may appear in the steam
release openings.
It is normal.
The sound of boiling
water inside the
steamer and a slight
vibration of the unit
body during the
operation.
Boiling of water in the steam chamber
is accompanied by a distinctive sound,
when the steam supply is switched on,
the pump switches on, its operation is
accompanied by a distinctive sound
and a slight vibration.

was purchased. The bill of sale or receipt must be pro-
duced when making any claim under the terms of this
