TROUBLESHOOTING
Let the unit cool down completely before performing any maintenance works or troubleshooting.
Problem Cause Solution
Low steam
or no steam
The water tank is empty Fill the water tank with water
The steam nozzle is clogged Clean the steam nozzle (located on the bottom of the unit body)
Lime scales and salt deposits accumu-
lated in the water tank
Remove the lime scales and salt deposits from the water tank
Scale formed in the boiler Remove the scale from the boiler
This procedure must be performed in the authorized service
center and it is not covered by the warranty.
The unit is
not switched
on
No power supply Make sure that the unit is connected to the mains
The on/off button was not pressed Press the on/off button
The fuse was blown out Apply to the authorized service center.

vice or to the shop where you purchased this product.
The manufacturer preserves the right to change design,
structure and specifications not affecting general princi-
ples of the unit operation without a preliminary notification
due to which insignificant differences between the manual
and product may be observed. If the user reveals such
differences, please report them via e-mail info@coolfort.
ru for receipt of an updated manual.

Guarantee
Details regarding guarantee conditions can be obtained
from the dealer from whom the appliance was purchased.
The bill of sale or receipt must be produced when making
any claim under the terms of this guarantee.
