DOSPEL Lider Wentylacji would like to present you a family of roof
fans: WD BLDC, WD II BLDC, WDD, BLDC. EURO 0D BLDC
Application:
Fans are used in exhaust ventilation. They can be used both in public
utility rooms (shops, restaurants, bars), sanitary rooms, as well as
in residential premises and industrial facilities (halls, warehouses,
workshops, garages).
EURO FROM BLDC - consists of:
- Tesla-type BLDC motor with smooth speed control using a poten-
tiometer included in the set, or using a surface-mounted regulator
connected to the fan with a cable that is an additional accessory.
- bearing type: ball,
housing made of ABS plastic, resistant to corrosion and mechanical
damage.
Additionally, the fan is equipped with a base, a protective grill and
a canopy. Static and dynamic balancing of the turbine guarantees
reliable fan durability.
WD BLDC, WD II BLDC, WDD BLDC - consist of:
- Tesla-type BLDC motor with smooth speed control using a poten-
tiometer included in the set, or using a surface-mounted regulator
connected to the fan with a cable that is an additional accessory.
- bearing type: ball,
- casing made of galvanized or powder-coated galvanized sheet
metal, resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. Static and
dynamic balancing of the turbine guarantees reliable fan durability.
Installation:
WD BLDC, WD II BLDC, WDD BLDC, EURO 0D BLDC fans are intended
for installation on roofs and exhaust ventilation ducts.
After unpacking the fan, check: durability of connections in the
junction box,
- condition of the fan housing (dents, distortions),
- the turbine should not rub against the housing.
It is recommended to carry out the above activities due to possible
damage during transport.
If the above-mentioned faults are not found, you can proceed to
install the fan at the target location:
- prepare electrical connections for the fan,
- trace the location of the mounting holes relative to
basics,
- mount the fan in the target place, - tighten the screws.
Exploitation:
WD BLDC, WD II BLDC, WDD BLDC, EURO OD BLDC fans do not require
frequent and detailed inspections*, but at least once a year. They are
designed for continuous operation.
*Depending on the conditions where the fan operates.
Maintenance:
To remove dirt from the inside of the fan, proceed as follows:
- disconnect the fan from the electrical network,
- dismantle the fan by unscrewing the mounting screws,
- wash all details with a damp cloth with a small amount of deter-
gent, taking care not to wet the engine,
- thoroughly wipe all fan elements dry with a cloth,
- mount the fan in the target place,
- connect the fan to the mains.
ATTENTION!!!
Connection to the electrical network should be carried out by a
qualied electrician with SEP qualications up to 1kV! Before carrying
out any maintenance or adjustment activities, disconnect the fan
from the electrical network! The electrical installation must include
a switch with a distance between the contacts of all poles of not less
than 3 mm.
Appropriate measures must be taken to avoid reverse ow of gases
into the room from an open ue or other open ame appliances.
It is mandatory to absolutely ground the WD BLDC, WD II BLDC, WDD
BLDC fan!
The fans should not be used in rooms containing increased amounts
of moisture and as explosion-proof fans. All maintenance activities
should be performed after disconnecting the fan from the electrical
network, even if the fan is not working!!! It is forbidden to approach
the fan during operation or without rst disconnecting the power
supply from the electrical installation! Installing the fan in a manner
inconsistent with the instructions or operating the fan even partially
dismantled is prohibited!
It is essential to connect the ground wire (yellow-green) (WD BLDC,
WD II BLDC, WDD BLDC)
Please check the direction of rotation of the turbine after connection,
as the wrong direction of rotation will result in incorrect operation
of the device. The direction of rotation should correspond to the
direction of the rotation arrow. In case of damage, repairs should be
carried out by a specialist service. Before starting the engine, check all
screw connections and tighten them, if necessary.
