Scope and extent of territories
DOSPEL ensures ecient operation of the device in accordance with
the technical and operational conditions attached to the warranty.
The warranty covers assembly and material defects of the devices.
This warranty is valid on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
The warranty covers free repair of the device for a period of 5 years
from the date of purchase - provided that the bearings are replaced
in the 3rd year of use at an authorized service center (for a fee). The
devices are delivered to the service center at the customer's expense.
Claims under the warranty arise from the date of purchase of the
device. However, they expire upon the expiry of the last day of the
warranty period for a given product, counted from the date of pur-
chase, referred to above in relation to specic products. This warranty
does not exclude, limit or suspend the buyer's rights resulting from
the non-compliance of the goods with the contract.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
- eects of mechanical forces,
- pollution,
-reworks,
- design changes,
- activities related to maintenance and cleaning of the device,
-accidents,
- natural disasters,
- action of chemical agents,
- weather conditions (discoloration, etc.), improper storage,
- unauthorized repairs,
- transport via forwarding company or post,
- incorrect installation of the device,
- incorrect use of the device (see conditions
technical and operational).
Warranty claims are then rejected. Moreover, the warranty does not
cover claims for incorrect calculations resulting from the selection of
technical parameters by the purchaser or subcontractor.
The Customer's rights are exercised through:
- repair or free replacement of parts considered by DOSPEL to be
defective,
-removal of other defects in the device.
- the term "repair" does not include activities provided for in the
user manual (maintenance, cleaning), which the user is obliged to
perform on his own.
The warranty card is valid when:
- has been completed correctly,
- is presented together with the receipt or a copy of the invoice (proof
of purchase),
- the purchase date on the warranty card matches the purchase date
on the receipt or invoice copy.
The advertised product should:
- be delivered to a specialized, authorized service - preferred by
DOSPEL, to a DOSPEL sales consultant or sent directly to DOSPEL via a
forwarding company,
- have an attached, complete and correctly completed warranty card,
a copy of the proof of purchase and a complaint protocol (available
on the manufacturer's website or at the place of purchase of the
product).
The complaint will be considered within 14 business days from the
date of delivery of the shipment to the headquarters of DOSPEL in
Częstochowa or to an authorized service designated by DOSPEL. The
complainant will be informed about the method of resolving the
complaint by telephone or courier.
If the warranty card is lost, the warranty period is 2 years.
The complained product will be replaced with a new one
when:
- - when DOSPEL nds that removing the defect is impossible, or the
costs of removing the defect are too high in DOSPEL's opinion,
- when it is repaired for the fourth time (during the warranty period)
due to the same manufacturing defect. If a given device is not availa-
ble, a new one with similar dimensions and technical parameters may
be issued to the Customer,
Warranty costs:
- the costs of delivering the device by the person exercising warranty
rights to the service, consultant or manufacturer are borne by this
person,
- repair costs are fully borne by DOSPEL,
- if the warranty claim is rejected by DOSPEL, the complained product
is sent back to the place of origin at the addressee's expense.
DOSPEL decides on how to remove defects or faults. DOSPEL's
decisions regarding warranty claims are considered nal. Duplicate
warranty cards are not issued. DOSPEL may avoid meeting repair
deadlines when the processes taking place at DOSPEL are disrupted,
e.g. by natural disasters or social unrest or other factors that may
aect the timely processing of complaints or if, due to the lack of
availability of components, the defect occurs within the warranty
period. cannot be deleted.
DOSPEL is not responsible for possible printing errors that may
appear in this Warranty Card/Technical and Operational Card. DOSPEL
reserves the right to make changes it considers useful to the product
