performance� Using the sanding belts of various types

can handle a variety of materials - wood, plastic, metal,

plaster, paint, etc�

Installation and regulation

of power tool elements

Before carrying out any works on the power tool it

must be disconnected from the mains.

Do not draw up the fastening elements

too tight to avoid damaging the thread.

Mounting / replacement the sanding belt (see g. 1)

• Release clamp lever 7 and remove the sanding belt 8�

• Mount a new sanding belt 8� The direction of the

arrows on the inner side of the sanding belt 8 and

the power tool should match�

• Return to the clamp lever 7 in starting position� Lift

the sander over the surface being processed and turn

it on� The sanding belt 8 is automatically aligned in idle

operating mode� If automatic alignment has not been

activated, the sanding belt 8 should be aligned manu-

ally with adjusting screw 6�

• Sanding belt 8 should be stored in hanging position�

Do not bend sanding belts 8 to avoid damage�

Mounting / dismounting of the dust bag (see g. 2)

During work, always use dust bag 9� One should moni-

tor dust level in dust bag 9 and empty the bag at rel-

evant time, taking the aforesaid pre-cautions�

• To mount, attach the slot of dust bag 9 to the dust

removal port 4 (see g. 2).

• To dismount, remove the slot of dust bag 9 from dust

removal port 4�

Initial operating

Always use the correct supply voltage the power sup-

ply voltage must match the information quoted on the

power tool identication plate.

Short-term switching on / off

To switch on, press and hold on / off switch 2, to switch

off - release it�

Long-term switching on / off

Switching on:

Push on / off switch 2 and lock it in the position with

lock-on button 3�

Switching off:

Push and release on / off switch 2�

Dust suction during the power

tool operation

Dust suction allows reducing dust concen-

tration in the air and prevents its accumula-

tion at the workplace�

During prolonged wood machining or when

processing materials that produce dusts hazardous to

health, the power tool should be connected to a proper

vacuum cleaner�

Given power tools may cooperate with the vacuum

cleaner only when used with a relevant connector (not

included in the set)�

One should monitor dust level in the bag and empty the

bag at relevant time, taking the aforesaid precautions�

Design features

of the power tool

Using speed selector thumbwheel 1, you may select

the required sanding belt speed (also during opera-

tion)�

The required speed is dependent on the material and

can be determined with practical trials�

When operating your power tool at a low speed for a

long time, it has to be cooled down for 3 minutes� To

do it, set a maximum speed and leave your power tool

to run idle�
