Design features
of the power tool
Vibration protection system
The vibration protection system is design to reduce
vibration impact (during operation) on the operator
Recommendations
on the power tool operation
Wear thick soft gloves when working to
reduce vibration impact on your body.
• When working, make sure to properly adjust the
working accessory to the material being processed:
not too close to the edge as the power tool will need
to be displaced often, but not too far as the accessory
can get stuck in the material being processed
• Press the power tool while holding it tightly with both
hands Do not use excessive force: the energy of the
percussion mechanism is enough for the effective per-
formance
• Avoid the excessive penetration of the working ac-
cessory into the material being processed (for exam-
ple, when loosening the soil or in the course of the
building structures destruction) as the working acces-
sory may become stuck
• If the working accessory becomes stuck in the ma-
terial during the operation, do not attempt to free it
with the use of the power tool as a lever as the power
tool can be damaged Remove the power tool from
the jammed accessory Continue the operation with
the use of another accessory in order to release the
jammed one Note: it is strictly prohibited to knock
out the jammed working accessories or to swing
it and to try to extract it with the use of foreign
tools or objects (pieces of pipe, winches, jacks,
etc.).
Power tool maintenance /
preventive measures
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Power tool lubrication (see g. 3-4)
[AH15-30 B]
Before starting operation as well as during operating
it is necessary to check oil level through inspection
window of plug 12 Hold the power tool vertically, and
check the oil level (see g. 3.1). If the oil level is lower
than 3 mm from lower point of inspection window, then
necessary to add oil
• Place the power tool on the at surface.
• Clean with cloth the area around the plug 12
• Use the wrench 9 to unscrew the plug 12 (see
g. 3.2).
• Add the special oil into power tool from tube 8 as
shown on g. 3.3.
• Use the wrench 9 to screw in the plug 12 (see
g. 3.2).
It's recommended to use special oil from
tube 8
Using the power tool without oil or with
insufcient oil volume is prohibited as
this may lead to the power tool being
broken down or can void your right for
warranty repair.
[AH16-30 B]
Add grease into the power tool after every 50 hours of
work or if power of impact decreased
• Place the power tool on the at surface.
• Clean with cloth the area around the plug 12
• Use the wrench 9 to unscrew the plug 12 (see
g. 4.1).
• Add the special grease from tube 8 into lubrica-
tion hole 13 as shown on g. 4.2. Attention: do
not add grease more than 30g; otherwise the
power tool will be not function properly. It is
recommended that the gears of power tools be
greased with a special lubricant for gears (from
tube 8) - other types of lubricants will harm the
power tool.
• Use the wrench 9 to screw in the plug 12 (see
g. 4.1).
[AH19-30 B]
Add grease into the power tool after every 50 hours of
work or if power of impact decreased
• Place the power tool on the at surface.
• Clean with cloth the area around the plug 12
• Use the ange wrench 14 to unscrew the plug 12 (see
g. 5.1).
• Add the special grease from tube 8 into lubrica-
tion hole 13 as shown on g. 5.2. Attention: do
not add grease more than 30g; otherwise the
power tool will be not function properly. It is
recommended that the gears of power tools be
greased with a special lubricant for gears (from
tube 8) - other types of lubricants will harm the
power tool.
• Use the ange wrench 14 to screw in the plug 12
(see g. 5.1).
Using the power tool without grease or
with insufcient grease volume is pro-
hibited as this may lead to the power tool
being broken down or can void your right
for warranty repair.
Cleaning of the power tool
An indispensable condition for a safe long-term exploi-
tation of the power tool is to keep it clean Regularly
ush the power tool with compressed air thought the
ventilation slots 5
