pletely empty the tank and pump from water,

drain the water through the drain hole (10).

Attention!

Before disconnecting hoses

ALWAYS relieve pressure by turning on the

nearest valve.

Possible problems and malfunctions The

station does not start:

–

There is no mains voltage.

Check cable,

plug, connectors, fuse.

–

Overheating of the engine due to high

temperature of the pumped liquid.

Elim-

inate the cause of overheating and allow

the engine to cool down.

–

Overheating of the engine due to

blocked ventilation openings.

Eliminate

the cause of overheating and allow the en-

gine to cool down.

–

The residual current device has tripped.

Consult a qualiﬁ ed electrician if the residu-

al current device trips again.

–

Defective engine.

Contact the service

center.

Insufficient pressure generated by the

pumping station:

–

There is not enough water in the suc-

tion line.

Ensure there is water in the suc-

tion line.

–

The suction line is not tight.

Check all

seals and connections on the suction line.

–

The suction lift is too high.

Reduce the

suction lift. The suction head must be sub-

tracted from the head.

–

Leakage between pump hydraulics and

motor.

Contact the service center.

–

The pump is clogged or defective.

Flush

the hydraulic end of the pump with clean

water.

–

Air in the pump or suction pipe.

Fill the

pump with water. If the suction line has a

non-return valve, ﬁ ll it with water.

–

The pressure switch settings have

changed.

–

Contact the service center.

–

The suction line rests against the bot-

tom of the tank.

Fix or shorten the suction

line.

The pump does not turn oﬀ :

–

Defective On / Off switch.

Contact the

service center.

Service

Storage and transportation

Storage:

drain the suction and discharge pipes

– Unscrew the drain plug and let the water

drain out of the pump

– Screw the drain plug again and store the

pump and accessories in a frost-protected

place, at a temperature of 0 to + 35 ° c and

a relative humidity of no more than 80%.

– Products can be transported by any type

of closed transport in the manufacturer’s

packaging or without it, while preserving

the product from mechanical damage, at-

mospheric precipitation.

Dispose of waste

Damaged power tools, batteries, acces-

sories and waste packaging materials

must be recycled and reused in an envi-

ronmentally friendly manner.

Do not throw power tools and accumulators /

batteries into general household waste!

Product serial number interpreta-

tion

The ﬁ rst and second digits of the product seri-

al number from left to right

Year of production, the third and fourth digits

indicate the month of production, the ﬁ fth and

sixth digits indicate the production day.

TERMS OF WARRANTY SERVICE

1. This Warranty Certiﬁ cate is the only docu-

ment that conﬁ rms your right to free warranty

service. Without presenting this certiﬁ cate, no

claims are accepted. In case of loss or dam-

age, the warranty certiﬁ cate is not restored.

2. The warranty period for the electric ma-

chine is 12 months from the date of sale,

during the warranty period the service depart-

ment eliminates manufacturing defects and

replaces parts that have failed due to the fault

of the manufacturer free of charge. In the war-

ranty repair, an equivalent operable product

is not provided. Replaceable parts become

property of service providers.

P.I.T is not liable for any damage that may be

caused by operation of the electric machine.
