31. Compressor
CONNECTION TO COMPRESSED AIR
32. Fix connecting piece (coupler) to the end of flexible hose and tighten with a key.
33. Connect quick coupler (not included) to the connection. It is a useful item that allows to quickly connect a range of pneumatic tools
to a flexible hose.
34. Pneumatic sander is ready for use.
USE
Check the tool for any signs of damage before each use. Keep the tool clean. Make sure all components of the air supply system are not damaged.
If you find any damages, replace damaged components of the system with new ones, free from defects. Before each use of the air supply system,
make sure to dry moisture condensed inside the tool, compressor and hoses.
Before accessories installation, removal or replacement, and before any maintenance, switch off the power supply, release pressure from the
flexible hose and disconnect the device from the flexible hose.
You can get the best results when lubricating the tool often, but not excessively. Oil introduced through compressed air inlet lubricates internal
parts of the tool. It is recommended to use automated oiler in the system, even though you can also lubricate manually before starting to work and
after each full hour of continuous operation of the tool. Introduce only few drops of oil at a time. Excessive oil could accumulate inside the tool and
it would be blown out with outlet air. USE OIL DESIGNED FOR PNEUMATIC TOOLS ONLY. Do not use oil with detergent or other additives,
otherwise sealing elements in the tool may wear out quickly. Dirt and water in supplied air are the main factors that contribute to pneumatic tool
wear. Use of oiler and air filter allows for better operation and higher durability of pneumatic tool. Filter throughput should correspond to air flow
requirements specific for the tool in use.
Use accessories and consumables only in sizes and types recommended by the manufacturer. Do not use accessories of other types or other
sizes. Make sure the maximum operating speed of the working tool is higher than the rated speed of the device. When installing abrasive paper,
make sure it is securely attached. Operate the sander with smooth moves in overlapping areas. You can apply additional pressure on the sander
when processing thick materials. Light pressure is required for thin materials and at edges. The sander operates for a few seconds after switching
it off. Be very careful when sanding near sharp edges and areas to prevent the sanding paper from catching another object. It can cause sudden
stop of the device and reduction of rotational speed which results in reaction force against the operator. Sanding certain materials can produce
flammable dust or vapour. Air supply regulator is located at the device side, it allows to adjust rotational speed of the device.
MAINTENANCE
The most effective sander operation is possible when the air supply line is equipped with an air oiler. When the sander is supplied without an oiler,
proceed with the following maintenance instructions.
Disconnect the sander from the flexible hose. Introduce few drops of oil for pneumatic tools into the sander inlet before each use of the tool and
after each hour of continuous operation. Put few drops of oil into the sander switch button mechanism. Press button few times to distribute oil on
cooperating surfaces.
Do not use oil with detergent or other additives, this may cause faster wearing of sealings in the sander.
DISPOSAL
Do not dispose of metal products with household wastes, they should be utilized in proper plants. Obtain information on waste
utilization from your seller or local authorities. Used up electric and electronic equipment contains substances active in natural
environment. Unrecycled equipment constitutes a potential risk for environment and human health.
