POSSIBLE MALFUNCTIONS AND

SOLUTIONS

ThermoUp Dry towel warmers do not require any special

maintenance.

The thermoelement should be wiped periodically with a soft

cloth or a damp sponge. Do not use abrasive detergents, pastes,

metal brushes or other hard objects.

Check regularly that the power cord is intact and in good

condition.

The device has a service life of more than 10 years, provided

that the installation and operation rules are followed.

You can use and store the appliance under the following

conditions:

• The ambient temperature ranges from -50°C to +70°C;

• Relative Feuchtigkeit bis zu 80 % bei Temperaturen von

+25 °C;

• The device is stored in its original packaging.

The device is protected from shock and dust.

At the end of its service life, the appliance must be disposed of

in accordance with the regulations, rules, and practices in force

at the place of disposal.

Possible malfunctions Solutions

No radiated heat

• Check the position of the on/off button and its function

• Check for mains voltage and power cord integrity, replace defective cable

if necessary

• Contact an authorized dealer for professional diagnosis and repair of the

device

The temperature of the heated
