1. Incorrect carburetor adjustment.

2. Incorrectly composed fuel mixture (too much oil in the fuel).

3. Dirty air lter.

4. Unfavorable working conditions.

These factors cause deposits on the spark plug electrodes, which can lead

to malfunctions and dicult starting. If engine power decreases, it is dif-

cult to start or does not idle well, it’s necessary to check the spark plug.

If the spark plug is dirty, it’s necessary to clean it. Check electrode gap.

Re-adjust if necessary. Correct gap is 0.6 mm.

GEAR CASE

Check the level of lubricant in the gear case every 50 hours by disassem-

bling the gearbox using the keys included in the kit. If no lubricant is visible

on the ends of the gears, ll the gear 3/4 full with good quality, universal

lithium lubricant.

FUEL FILTER

Drain fuel completely from fuel tank and remove fuel lter line from the

fuel tank. Pull the lter element out of the holder and rinse it with warm

water and detergent. Rinse o the product thoroughly and dry the ele-

ment.

CLEANING THE MUFFLER

After every 100 hours of operation, remove the muer and clean exhaust

carbon from the exhaust port or muer inlet.

LONG TERM STORAGE

Drain all fuel from the fuel tank. Start the engine and let it run until it stops

completely. Clean the unit with a clean cloth or use a high pressure air

hose. Put a few drops of 2-stroke engine oil into the cylinder through the

hole in the spark plug and rotate the engine to distribute the oil. Store the

ground drill in the vertical position in the dry place.

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance, replacement or repair of the devices can be carried out in

repair shops.
