15. STATEMENT OF WARRANTY

The manufacturing company guarantees good

quality compliance of Heatline® Underfloor Heating

Mats and their performance for the whole duration

of the warranty period provided the op eration and

installation manual is complied with.

The warranty period is 25 years from the date

of sale.

If, within the warranty period, there appears a defect re-

lated to imperfect design, manufacturing technique or

application of poor quality materials the manufacturing

company guarantees charge-free repairs of the product,

its part or its full replacement without requesting any

compensation of expenses related to the stripping down

of the product.

The manufacturing company undertakes to carry out

warranty repairs of the system in case you meet all the

installation and operation requirements, upon presenting

the certificate.

On the issue of reclaims and warranty servicing, the

trade company that has sold you this product should be

enquired with.

The Warranty does not cover the following:

1. In the event that the Underfloor Heating Mat type

mentioned in the inner label does not comply with the

area and designation of the room where the Under-

floor Heating Mat is installed.

2. In the event that a inner label and the product sales

receipt filled in respectively by the product seller are

lacking.

3. In the event that a fully or partially filled in Warranty

Certificate is lacking - Section 14

4. In the event that Heatline® Underfloor Heating Mat

installation and connection rules mentioned in this

manual have not been complied with.

5. In the events that an Underfloor Heating Mat

installation diagram mentioning the installation date,

sizes and signatures of the professional (electrician)

who has installed the heating mat are lacking (Sec-

tion 14).

6. In the event that the product has been used for pur-

poses other than intended.

7. The Underfloor Heating Mats installation rules have

been not been followed.

8. In case of product stripping and repairs that have

been done were not completed by a professional.

9. In the event that the product has been mechanically

damaged, as well as transportation and storage rules

have not been complied with.

16. TEST CERTIFICATE

Heatline® Underfloor Heating Mats have been tested by

the manufacturer and are classified as fit for operation.
