Instructions to connect room thermostat on your heater

Part lists:

N. 1 room thermostat, fitted with 90° plug

N. 1 plastic plug 0° plastic plug 0°

N. 1 cable fastener PG 9

N. 1 faston M 6.3 x 0.8

N. 2 faston F 6.3 x 0.8

N. 1 faston double F 6.3 x 0.8

HEATER EQUIPPED WITH PLUG

USE THERMOSTAT AS STANDARD FITTED

REPLACE PLUG ON THERMOSTAT CABLE USING PLASTIC PLUG 0°

1. Loosen cable fastener on plastic plug

2. Remove thermostat wires from plug connection

3. Remove cable fastener from plastic plug 90° and assemble it on

plastic plug 0°

4. Replace plastic plug 90° on thermostat cable using plastic plug 0°

5. Connect thermostat wires, being sure that wires are connect to pin

2 and pin 3

6. Tighten cable fastener

HEATER PLUG 90°

THERMOSTAT PLUG 90°

THERMOSTAT PLUG 0°

HEATER PLUG 0°

HEATER EQUIPPED WITH CABLE FASTENER

REMOVE PLASTIC PLUG ON THERMOSTAT CABLE AND CONNECT TO MAIN ELECTRIC BOARD

1. Loosen cable fastener on plastic plug

2. Remove thermostat wires from plug connection

3. Remove plastic plug 90° on thermostat cable

4. Connect thermostat wires into main electric board using the relative cable fastener according to the wiring

diagram (check heater instruction manual for identification of cable fastener position and pin position),

5. Tighten cable fastener on main electric board

HEATER NOT EQUIPPED WITH PLUG OR CABLE FASTENER

REMOVE PLASTIC PLUG ON THERMOSTAT CABLE AND CONNECT TO MAIN ELECTRIC BOARD

1. Loosen cable fastener on plastic plug

2. Remove thermostat wires from plug connection

3. Remove plastic plug 90° on thermostat cable

4. Remove round plastic cap on main electric board and fix cable fastener PG 9

5. Insert thermostat cable in main electric board via the cable fastener PG 9.

6. Fix faston M 6.3 x 0.8 and faston F 6.3 x 0.8 on terminal of thermostat blue / brown wires indifferently

(correspondance of colour is not requested) and faston F 6.3 x 0.8 on yello/green wire; then use faston

double F 6.3 x 0.8 to connect ground wire (yello/grenn wire) to main board.

7. According to wiring diagram on heater instruction manual, disconnect internal wires and connect to

thermostat wires

8. Tighten cable fastener on main electric board
