4 Safety instructions
4.1 General safety instructions

a. Keep your work area tidy
- Untidiness in work areas can lead to accidents.
b. Take account of environmental infl uences
- Do not expose electric power tools to rain.
- Do not use electric power tools in damp or wet
environments.
- Ensure that the work area is well lit.
- Do not use electric power tools where there is
a danger of fi re or explosion.
c. Protect yourself against electric shocks
- Avoid body contact with earthed parts (e.g.
pipes, radiators, electric cookers, cooling de-
vices).

2 Intended use
The PRECISIO is designed as a transportable elec-
tric power tool for sawing wood, plastics, panel
materials made of wood and similar materials.
With the special saw blades for aluminium offered
by Festool, these machines can also be used for
sawing aluminium.
Materials containing asbestos must not be pro-
cessed. The user is liable for any damage or ac-
cidents resulting from use not in accordance with
the intended use.
The specifi ed illustrations can be found at the
beginning of the operating instructions.

- Bei zu hoher motortemperatur wird die strom zufuhr und drehzahl reduziert die maschine läuft nur noch mit verringerter leistung um eine rasche abkühlung durch die motorlüftung zu er möglichen nach abkühlung läuft die maschine wieder selbständig hoch 11
- Beim ausschalten wird das sägeblatt in 1 5 2 sekunden elektronisch bis zum stillstand ab gebremst nur 230 v 240 v ausführung 11
- Der eingebaute unterspannungsauslöser verhin dert dass die maschine im dauerbetriebszustand nach einer spannungsunterbrechung wieder selbständig anläuft die maschine muss in diesem fall zuerst aus und danach wieder eingeschaltet werden 11

- Vor jeglicher einstellung instandhaltung oder instandsetzung netzstecker ziehen um das einstellen zu erleichtern kann das 11
- Auf die untere stellung 12
- Das sägeblatt lässt sich zwischen 0 und 45 schwenken drehknopf 12
- Durch drehen der kurbel 12
- Durch drehen des griffes 12
- Einstellen drehknopf 12
- Gedrückt danach kann das sägeblatt bis 2 bzw 47 geschwenkt werden nach dem zu rückschwenken sind die beiden endstellungen 12
- In der vorderen stellung darf nicht mit der maschine gearbeitet werden 12
- Kann die schnitt höhe stufenlos eingestellt werden 0 52 mm bei 90 stellung des sägeblattes 12
- Schließen für genaue passarbeiten hinterschnitte an den stoßkanten kann das sägeblatt um jeweils 2 über die beiden endstellungen hinaus geschwenkt werden dazu wird in der endstellung die taste 12
- Sägeaggregat in der vorderen stellung bild 5 verriegelt werden ziehen sie das sägeaggregat bis zum anschlag nach vorne und stellen sie den schalter 12
