2. DESIGNATION

The Heatline-2 underfloor heating system is intended

for both basic and additional space heating with the

ceiling height not more than 4 meters. The heat source is

a heating unit laid in cement and sand screed.

If you are going to heat a balcony, a recessed

balcony, a winter garden, a room with a ceiling of

4 meters height and higher or to use the electric

underfloor heating as the main source of heating

1. GENERAL

Dear customer!

Thank you for purchasing a Heatline-2 twin-cored

underfloor heating set manufactured by HEAT LINE

Manufacturing Company LLC, Russia.

Employment of state-of-the-art technologies and

highest quality materials when manufacturing this

product have been the reasons for popularity and

credibility of Heatline® trademark. The twin-cored

Heatline-2 underfloor heating is manufactured

in strict compliance with international standards

guaranteeing reliability and safety of operation.

• Before installing the set read this instruction

manual describing the sequence of operations

when assembling Heatline-2 twin-cored

underfloor heating.

• Installation of the underfloor heating and

thermostat must be carried out ONLY by a

trained professional (electrician), who has relevant

professional experience and the proper tools for

installation operations!

• The manufacturer and the seller DO not bear

any responsibility for ANY breakdowns, failures,

injuries, casualties arisen due to unskilled

installation of this equipment!

• Read the inserted label details and compare the

type of the underfloor heating mentioned on the

inserted label card with the type on the box. Make

sure that the Set you have chosen fits your rooms.

It is important to take careful measurements. Keep

the label and related paperwork untill the end of

the warranty period. Without the label the warranty

is INVALID!

3. CONTENTS

The Heatline-2 underfloor heating includes the following

1. 20P2E-MMM-PPPP heating unit, where MMM is a

unit length and PPPP is a unit nominal rating power

in watts.

2. Assembly tape.

3. Flexible corrugated tube to assemble the

temperature gage.

4. Underfloor electrical heating electrical assembly

manual.

5. Insert label card.

6. Packing.

4. INSTALLATION CONDITIONS

Installation is permitted at temperatures in the room not

less than +10

С and relative humidity not more than

80%.
