16. WARRANTY LIABILITIES
The manufacturing company guarantees the
manufacturing quality conformance and good quality
performance of the Heatline-2 underfloor heating for
the whole duration of the warrant period provided the
installation and operation manual is complied with.
The warranty period is 25 years from the
date of sale.
If within the warrant period there appears a defect
related to a structural imperfection, a fabrication
technique or application of defective materials the
manufacturing company warrants free repairs of the
product, a part of the product or its full replacement
without seeking a compensation of expenditures
related to disassembling.
The manufacturing company undertakes to render
a guaranteed repair service in the event that you will
meet all the installation and operation requirements
and present the warrant certificate.
In respect of any claims, complaints or warrant
servicing you should contact the trading company that
has sold you the product.
The warrant shall not cover the following
cases:
1. In the event that the underfloor heating set
trademark, mentioned in the inserted label card, fails
to comply with the area and designation of the space
where the underfloor heating is set up.
2. In the event that the inserted label card and the
purchase receipt duly filled in by the product seller are
lacking.
3. In the event that the filled in or partially filled in
Warrant Certificate is lacking, Section 15.
4. In the event that the rules of Heatline-2 installation
and connection mentioned herein have not been
complied with.
5. In the event that the underfloor heating installation
chart mentioning the date of installation, measurements
and a signature of the trained person (electrician) who
carried out the installation are lacking (Section 15).
6. In the event of using the product for purposes other
than the intended.
7. In the event of breaching the underfloor heating
operation rules.
8. In the event of independent dismantling and repairs
of the product.
9. In the event of mechanical damages to the product,
as well as non-compliance with the transportation and
storage rules.
17. ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE
The Heatline-2 underfloor cable heating has
passed tests and is classified as fit for operations.
