Scrapping of your Toyota

The SRS airbag and s eat belt pretens ioner dev ices in your Toyot a

contai n ex plosi ve chemic als. If the vehic le is scrapped wit h the

airbags and pretens ioners lef t as they ar e, t his may caus e an

acci dent suc h as fire. Be s ure to have the systems of the SRS

airbag and seat bel t pret ensioner removed and disposed of by a

authori zed Toy ota dealer or r epairer, or another duly qualified and

equipped profes sional , before you dis pose of your vehi cle.

The multi −mode manual tr ansmis sion is a 5−speed for ward/r evers e

trans miss ion and to do the clutc h operation and gear shi ft

elect ronic ally having the bas ic features of the conv entional manual

trans miss ion.

This system has two driving modes. E asy ( E) mode automatic ally

selec ts an appr opriate gear positi on in accordanc e wi th an

accel erator pedal operati on and a vehi cle speed var iation. Manual

(M) mode allows the driv er to shif t the gear us ing the shift lev er.
