Radio operations

Band select

In Radio mode press the BAND button onscreen to choose among the five radio bands - three FM Bands

(FM1, FM2, and FM3) and two AM Bands (AM1, and AM2). Each of the five bands can store up to six preset

stations, for a total of 30 preset memory stations.

Auto/Manual tuning

• Automatic tuning: In Radio mode, touch and hold PREVIOUS or NEXT button to adjust the radio

frequency automatically. The radio will seek to the next or previous strong and clear frequency station

automatically. Repeat this action to seek for other desired stations. To stop automatic search, press one of

these buttons. Or press repeatedly shortly or button on the RC to manually adjust the radio frequency.

• Manual tuning: Press repeatedly shortly or button on the RC to manually adjust the radio frequency.

Automatic store/preset scan

There are six numbered preset buttons on the the screen (P1-P6) which can store and recall stations for

each band. While listening to a radio station you would like to save as a preset, touch and hold any key from

P1-P6 until you hear a beep. The station will be saved in the designated number.

Mono/Stereo control (in FM radio mode)

In FM radio mode, touch the ST button to select stereo or mono reception. ST ON means stereo reception of

the signal; ST OFF means mono reception mode. Improvement of reception of distant stations can be done by

selecting mono mode, which may cut down some reception noise.
