Guarantee period
The Manufacturer establishes a warranty period for the Product of 12 months from
the date of sale, but not more than 18 months from the date of transfer of the
Product to the trading organization, depending on which period comes earlier. If it is
impossible to determine the date of sale of the product, the warranty period will be
calculated from the date of manufacture of the product. The manufacturer sets the
service life of the product to 24 months. The service life is calculated from the date
of production of the product. The production date is indicated in the serial number.
The month and year of production are indicated in 4 characters before the "C". For
example: NEOFL2KD0624C0001. The DVR was manufactured in June 2024. Or the
production date is indicated explicitly. During the warranty period, the manufacturer
undertakes to eliminate defects in the product free of charge by repairing it or
replacing it with a similar one, provided that the defect arose through the fault of the
manufacturer.
Warranty terms
1. This warranty is valid subject to the following conditions: correct and clear
completion of the warranty card indicating the model name, serial number, date of
sale and the seal of the selling company in the warranty card.
2. The warranty does not include periodic maintenance, installation software, product
configuration.
3. Products with defects arising from due to: a) mechanical damage; b)
non-compliance with operating conditions or erroneous actions of the owner; c)
violation by the consumer of storage and transportation rules; d) natural disasters
(lightning, fire, flood), as well as other causes beyond the control of the seller and
manufacturer, such as voltage surges in the electrical network, etc.; e) penetration of
foreign objects, liquids, insects into the product; f) repairs or making structural or
circuit changes j) by unauthorized persons; k) deviation for power supply,
telecommunications and cable networks:
4. The right to warranty service is lost in the following cases: a) if the seals installed
by the manufacturer or an authorized service center are missing or broken; b) if the
malfunction is caused by the combined use of the product with equipment or
software not included in the product delivery package, as well as independent
firmware of the product,
independent software update, which resulted in failure or errors in the operation of
the product.
c) if product defects are caused by computer viruses; d) if the defects are caused by
the use of the product as part of a set of faulty equipment;
5. Warranty service for goods is carried out: a) according to the rules of the
legislation of the country in which the goods were purchased; b) trading / authorized
organizations and service centers of the country in which the goods were purchased.
6. This guarantee does not infringe on the consumer's legal rights granted to him by
current legislation.
7. The manufacturer is not responsible for any losses arising as a result of incorrect
installation, maintenance, operation, or associated with equipment failure or
inoperability.
