05. OPERATION

How to assemble the meat grinder

1. Insert the screw conveyor

into the housing

2. With the cutting edge facing outwards, place the knife

onto the screw

conveyor. Be sure that the knife is properly ﬁxed.

3. Place one of the three perforated discs

onto the screw conveyor

so that the groove sits on the tappet.

NOTES:

Fine disc: raw meat, ﬁsh, small nuts, cooked meat for pies and meatballs.

Medium and coarse disc: meat, ﬁsh, vegetables, nuts, hard cheese, peeled or

dried fruits for jams and sweet dishes.

4. Screw the ring nut

onto the housing and tighten it.

1. Loosen the locking screw and remove the cap (see ﬁg.

2. Insert the assembled meat grinder into the accessories coupler then tight-

en the locking screw (see ﬁg.

). In order for the shaft to engage with the

coupler, it may be necessary to turn the meat grinder slightly.
