03 INTENDED USE

The hand mixer is designed to prepare dough, creams, sauces, purees,

etc. using special nozzles.

This appliance is intended for use in residential, commercial and

industrial areas in accordance with the intended use and the safety

precautions described in these operating instructions.

04 BEFORE USE

• After storage or transportation at low temperatures, keep the

appliance in warm room for two hours before turning it on.

• Remove all packaging materials from the appliance. Make sure that

the accessories of the appliance ﬁt the description, and that the

appliance is not damaged. Unwind and straighten the power cord.

• Wipe the body of the appliance with a damp cloth and wipe dry.

• Wash the nozzles with warm water and some mild detergent. Place

the mixer on the stand. Install the nozzles you need on the appliance.

Unwind and straighten the power cord.

05 OPERATION

• Connect the appliance to a mains power supply with appropriate

characteristics.

• Grasp the handle and press the On/Off button. The display shows

the current speed (0).

• Use / buttons to set the speed: 6 speeds are available. The

display will show the selected speed and the operating time.

• To switch to the maximum speed, press the turbo mode button. To

reduce the speed, press the button again or reduce the speed with

the button.
