Notes:

• After running the hand mixer continuously for 5 min, let it cool

down for at least 5 min before continuing.

• If the mixture is too thick and the nozzles have difﬁculty moving,

add water or milk to the mixture.

• It is recommended to mix mixtures with a bigger volume and

density at a lower speed.

Assembling and dissembling the nozzles

Insert the beaters or hooks into the respective drive head until they

click into place. When inserting the hooks, pay attention to the small

ring on one of the hooks: the hook with the ring is inserted into the

larger hole, the hook without a ring is installed into the smaller hole.

To remove or replace the nozzle, grasp the nozzle and press the eject

button.

Use the beaters to whip cream, egg whites, make puddings, smoothies,

creams, purees and sauces.

The dough hooks are used for kneading yeast and shortbread dough,

mixing butter and sugar, mixing mincemeat.

WARNING!

• Do not use the beaters to knead dough as this may cause

the motor to overheat and damage the appliance.

• The nozzles may only be used in pairs.

• The appliance must be disconnected from the mains when

inserting and removing the nozzles.
