Aufstecken und Auswechseln der Arbeitsteile
Wenn Sie die Arbeitsteile genauer betrachten, finden Sie eine
Aus sparung (Bild 1).
Am Ende der Antriebswelle des bamix
®
, in der Mitte der Schutz-
haube, finden Sie den so genannten Mitnehmerstift (Bild 2).
Stecken Sie nun das gewünschte Arbeitsteil auf das Wellen-
ende, so dass der Mitnehmerstift genau in die Aussparung ge-
langt. Achten Sie bitte beim Aufstecken des Arbeitsteiles darauf,
dass es senkrecht und gerade auf die Welle gesteckt wird (Bild
3/4).
Wollen Sie das Arbeitsteil auswechseln, ziehen Sie es einfach
her unter. Sollte es einmal nur schwer heruntergehen, stellen sie
den bamix
®
in heisses Spülwasser und schalten Sie ihn kurz ein.
Danach wieder den Netzstecker ziehen und das Arbeitsteil even-
tuell unter Zuhilfenahme eines Hebels (z. B. Schraubenzieher)
herunterhebeln.
Es kann vorkommen, dass die Arbeitsteile mit der Zeit nicht
mehr so fest auf der Welle sitzen. Drücken Sie in diesem Fall
einfach den Federlappen mit einer Zange leicht nach innen.
Wenn Sie die Arbeitsteile wechseln,
aus Sicherheitsgründen den Stecker ziehen.
Nie drehende Arbeitsteile berühren.

will stay longer “fit” if you oil it every few months. For
this you use vegetable oil. Hold the bamix upside down with the
cutter guard facing you, put 2 or 3 drops of vegetable oil on the
drive shaft, and switch on the appliance for 2 to 3 minutes. After-
wards rinse the appliance in hot water.
Caution – Guard
Do not operate the handmixer without guard!
What can be done…
if the drive shaft of your appliance no longer rotates?
When you have not used your appliance for some time, the drive
shaft may get stuck due to minute foodstuff residues which have
hardened and are now gumming up the lower shaft bearing.
Place the operative part of the appliance for 5 to 10 minutes in a
jug with hot water, then switch it on. In general the appliance will
then work agai
n; if not, just try to free the shaft carefully with
pliers.
Receptacles
You can work in any receptacle, even directly in a pan on the
stove. Use small receptacles for small amounts and large
receptacles for larger amounts. Narrow, high receptacles are
more suitable for working in than wide, shallow ones.
It can happen that the attachments in time no longer fit so firmly
on the shaft. In this case simpl
y press the spring blades lightly
together with a pair of pliers.
Push the attachment as straight as possible on to the stub in such
a way that the drive pin on the stub fits exactly into the small recess
in the socket of the attachment. The attachment is designed to
make this process easy. The attachment is removed by simply
pulling it off from the stub.
Careful: For safety’s sake, when you exchange
the attachments
always pull out the plug.
