STEAM IRONING
For steam ironing, make sure to set the ironing temperature to
«••» or «•••», preferably to «•••».
•
Place the iron on its base (9).
•
Set the continuous steam supply knob (3) to the posi-
tion – no steam supply.
•
Insert the power plug into the socket.
•
Make sure that there is enough water in the water tank (10).
•
Using the control key (11), set the desired ironing tem-
perature as «••» or «•••». The indicator (17 or 18) will
start flashing.
•
Once the soleplate (13) reaches the desired temperature
and the temperature selection indicator (17-18) is steadily
displayed, you can begin ironing.
•
Set the continuous steam supply knob (3) to one of the
steam supply positions. Steam will start going out of the
soleplate (13) openings.
•
After using the iron, set the continuous steam supply knob
(3) to the position - no steam supply. Then unplug the
power cord from the electrical outlet and wait for the iron to
cool down completely.
ATTENTION! If steam is not supplied constantly during the
operation, refer to the LED panel (7) to verify whether the
temperature is set properly and whether there is water in the
water tank (10).
BURST OF STEAM
The burst of steam function is useful for ironing folds and can
only be used at high ironing temperatures - «••» or «•••».
•
Using the control button (11) select a temperature on the
LED panel (7) - «••» or «•••».
•
Set the steam supply knob (3) to the position.
•
Repeatedly press the burst of steam button at no less than
5-second intervals.
•
After pressing the burst of steam button (4) steam will be
going out of the iron soleplate more intensively.
Note: to avoid leakage from the steam holes, press the burst
of steam button (4) at intervals of no less than 4-5 seconds.
ANTI-DRIP SYSTEM
If you iron delicate fabrics at low temperatures and your cho-
sen temperature mode is unable to provide a sufficient level of
vaporization, non-evaporated drops of boiling water can leave
traces or stains on your clothes. The Anti-Drip system blocks
the water supply to the evaporator, and prevents the appear-
ance of water droplets on the iron soleplate and clothes.
Thanks to the Anti-Drip system, even the most delicate fab-
rics can be ironed perfectly without the risk of damaging or
staining them.
VERTICAL STEAMING
The vertical steaming function can only be used at high ironing
temperatures (the temperature indicator on the LED panel (7)
should be set to «•••»).
Hold the iron vertically at the distance of 10-30 cm from the
clothes and press the burst of steam button (4) at 4-5 sec-
ond intervals, steam will be released from the soleplate (13)
intensively.
IMPORTANT : Vertical steaming is not recommended for syn-
thetic fabrics.

Do not touch the material with the soleplate of the iron while
steaming to avoid melting it.
•
Never steam clothes on a person as the steam temperature
is very high, use a clothes hanger or a coat rack.
•
After you finish ironing, switch the unit off, wait until it cools
down completely, then open the water inlet lid (2), turn over
the iron and pour out the remaining water.
AUTO SWITCH-OFF
The auto switch-off will be activated if your iron remains sta-
tionary for 8 minutes in the vertical position or for 30 seconds
in the horizontal position. At this point, you will hear 6 short
audible signals, and the «
АВТО ВЫКЛ
» indicator (16) will
start flashing.
To exit the mode, repeatedly move the iron horizontally.
STEAM CHAMBER CLEANING
To prolong the lifetime of the iron we recommend cleaning the
steam chamber regularly.
Set the continuous steam supply knob (3) to the position.
•
Fill the water tank (10) with water until the maximum «max»
mark.
•
Place the iron on its base (9).
•
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
•
Using the control button (11) set the maximum soleplate
heating temperature «•••» - the heating mode indicator
(17) will start flashing on the LED indication panel (7).
•
Once the soleplate (13) reaches the desired temperature
and the indication (17) is steadily displayed, you can start
cleaning the steam chamber.
•
Remove the power plug from the mains socket.
•
Position the iron horizontally above the kitchen sink, then
press and hold the self-clean button (15).
•
Boiling water and steam, together with any limescale, will
be ejected from the openings in the iron soleplate (13).
•
Gently sway the iron back and forth, until all the water
leaves the water tank (10).
•
Release the self-clean button (15).
•
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
