Mayonnaise

250 ml

Put 1 egg, salt, a few drops of vinegar or lemon into the container.

Pour in oil up to the indicated level and start the blender. Keep it

steady and avoid shaking until the oil is fully mixed.

Fruit Milkshakes --- Add fruits and blend until smooth. 15

Bechamel Sauce 600 ml

Melt 30g of butter in a frying pan over low heat. Add 100g of flour

and 30g of sauteed onion (previously chopped using the blender

attachment). Gradually add 500ml of milk.

Baby Puree 300 g

Chop 100g of apples, 100g of bananas, and 50g of cookies, then

place them into the container. Add orange juice and mix.

Whipped Egg

Whites

Add egg whites into the container and blend with vertical move-

ments.

Grated Cheese 100 g

Cut the cheese into 1cm cubes and blend until you achieve the

desired consistency.

Carrots 200 g

Peel and chop the carrots into cubes, then blend them until reach-

ing the desired consistency.

CLEANING

Attention! The blades of the chopping knife (8) are very

sharp and may be dangerous. Handle the chopping knife

(8) very carefully!

Unplug the unit before cleaning.

–

Remove the attachments. Use a slightly damp cloth to

clean the motor unit (3) and the gears (9, 12), then wipe

them dry.

–

After processing salty and sour products, it is necessary

to rinse the blender attachment (1) or the chopping knife

(8) with water immediately.

– While possessing products with strong dyeing proper-

ties (for instance, carrot or beetroot) the attachments

and bowls can get colored, wipe the attachments and

the bowls with a cloth dampened in vegetable oil; after

that wash the attachments and bowls with a neutral

detergent.

– After use, rinse the attachments that came into contact

with food with warm water and a neutral detergent, and

thoroughly dry them. Rinse the whisk attachment (11)

completely, and rinse only the bottom part of the blender

attachment (1). The blender attachment (1), measuring

cup (10), whisk attachment (11) without the reducer unit,

and chopper bowl (7) can be washed in hot soapy water.

The draining/drying position for attachments suitable for

dishwasher or sink washing should allow water to drain

easily (fig. 6). Before assembly and storage, ensure that

all parts are fully dried.

Do not immerse the motor unit (3) and the gears (9, 12)

into any liquids, do not wash them under water jet or in a

dishwashing machine.

STORAGE

•

Clean and dry the unit thoroughly before taking it away

for long storage.

•

Do not wind the power cord around the motor unit (3).

•

Keep the unit out of reach of children and disabled per-

sons.
