BEFORE USE
Test the jack. Close the release valve by turning it with the handle clockwise to the stop. Then insert the handle
into the pump handle socket and ensure it is properly xed in the socket. Move the handle up-down several
times; the jack rod having the pressure pad at its end should start moving up. To lower the rod, turn the release
valve with the handle counterclockwise max. by one turn. When the rod is completely lowered, close the release
valve by turning it with the handle clockwise to the stop.

Operation of the jack in the wrong position, on the side, in the upside down position
is not allowed.
JACK OPERATION PROCEDURE (E.G. WHEN LIFTING A CAR)
Make sure that the car and the jack are on a rm and even surface, and the jack can shift when lifting
and lowering the car. Uneven, soft or sloped surfaces would result in dangerous operating conditions.
Engage the parking brake of the car, move the automatic gearbox selector to the P position or engage the rst
gear of the car equipped with the manual gearbox, place the wheels in straight direction. In addition, x the
wheels that will not be separated from the surface with wedge-shaped supports. Make sure there is nobody
inside the car.
Find in the car operating instruction where the body shell has the counterparts which can be used to lift the car
with the jack. Place the jack with the completely lowered rod under the car opposite the counterpart for jacks.
Close the shut-o valve by turning it with the jack handle clockwise against the stop, then insert the handle
into the pump socket and swing it slowly until the pressure pad of the jack rod touches the counterpart on the
body shell.
Check the position of the pressure pad of the jack. Ensure that:
1. the counterpart on the body shell is precisely on the pad centre;
2. car will not slide o the jack;
3. the rod and the pressure pad of the jack will not damage any parts and details of the car.
Lift the car to the required height by swinging the jack handle. Place special supports or stands under the body shell.
Slowly turn the release valve with the handle counterclockwise until the car starts lowering to the supports.
Ensure that the supports reliably hold the lifted car.
Before lowering the car after completing the works, make sure there are no people and foreign objects under
the car.
Close the release valve by turning it with the jack handle clockwise against the stop, then insert it into the pump
socket and slowly swing it until the pressure pad of the jack rod touches the counterpart on the body shell.
Check the position of the pressure pad of the jack. Ensure that:
1. the counterpart on the body shell is precisely on the pad centre;
2. car will not slide o the jack;
3. the rod and the pressure pad of the jack will not damage any parts and details of the car.
Lift the car by swinging the jack handle to remove the supports under it. Remove the supports that they would
not prevent the car to be lowered on the wheels.
Slowly turn the release valve with the handle counterclockwise until the car starts moving down. Note that the
lowering of the car should be slow and smooth.
ATTENTION!
Abrupt lowering can lead to the fall of the car from the jack and injure the operator.
