Important safety instructions Please read and save these important safety instructions before using this fan When using electrical appliances basic safety precautions should always be followed This product is intended for household use ONLY and not for commercial industrial or outdoor use To protect cord against electric shock do not place fan in window immerse unit or plug in water If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer its service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard Do not connect the fan to the power supply until the fan is FULLY assembled Do not connect to any power supply other than 220 Volts 50 Hertz Never operate the fan if has damaged or worn parts It should be returned to the manufacturer service agent or a similarly qualified person for repair in order to avoid hazards Always position the fan on a stable level surface Do not spray anything into the fan Do not use the fan near flammable areas or substances To reduce the risk of electric shock do not remove any screws Do not insert fingers or other objects through the fan guard Avoid contract with moving fan parts Keep electrical appliances out of reach from children or infirm persons Please do not let them use the appliance without proper supervision Unplug or disconnect the appliance from the power before removing the guard servicing and cleaning or when not in use Stand fan Place stand A on stand B to form the X base or Cross base 13 and align the four holes with those on the base pole 1 0 Secure the base pole to the cross base with the four screws provided 11 12 13 Slide the control panel tube 6 over the upper extension pole 8 onto the base If necessary slightly loosen the screw 7 by turning it counter clockwise Tighten the screw until secure Extend upper pole 8 and slide pole connections over upper pole unto base pole 11 12 1 3 and tighten 10
