Malfunctions and remedies
Malfunction Possible reasons Remedies
When plugged into
an electrical outlet,
the indicators do not
light up.
- No electricity in the
outlet.
- The power cord is
not fully inserted into
the electrical outlet.
- The top cover is not
closed.
- Plug a known-good
electrical appliance
into the electrical
outlet.
- Make sure the power
cord is rmly inserted
into the electrical
outlet.
- Close the top cover
until the latches click.
The vacuum pump is
running, but the bag is
not vacuumized.
- Improper seam at
the bottom of the bag.
- The bag is not
placed in the vacuum
channel.
- Wrinkles have
formed where the bag
is sealed.
- The upper and lower
sealing gaskets are
incorrectly installed
and there are foreign
objects on the
gaskets.
- The top cover is not
closed.
- Make sure the
bottom seam on the
bag is sealed.
- Make sure the top
edge of the bag is in
the vacuum chamber.
- When you insert the
bag into the vacuum
sealer, straighten it to
avoid wrinkles.
- Before vacuum
packing, make sure
that the sealing
gaskets are fully
inserted and that there
are no foreign objects
on them.
- Close the top cover
until the latches click.
Sealing gaskets are
deformed.
- The sealing
gaskets may become
deformed when the
top cover of the
vacuum sealer is
constantly closed.
- Remove the sealing
gaskets, turn them
over and reinstall
them.
- Replace the sealing
gaskets.
The bag cannot be
inserted into the
vacuum sealer.
- The bag is too short. - Make sure the bag is
long enough to reach
the center of the drip
tray. Always use a bag
with a margin of 5-8
centimeters in length.
After the bag is
vacuum sealed, air
enters the bag again.
- Improper seam at
the sealing point of
the bag.
- There are traces
of moisture, fat,
breadcrumbs, etc. on
the inside of the bag.
- Sharp parts of the
product pierced
the bag.
- Possible
fermentation of
spoiled food.

bag into the vacuum
sealer, straighten it to
avoid wrinkles.
- Always make sure
that there is no
moisture, fat, etc. on
the inside of the bag,
at the sealing point
- If the bag is
punctured, replace it
with a new one.
- Always monitor the
quality of products
before packing them,
and promptly dispose
of spoiled products.
