to the user manual for filling, cleaning and decalcifying this appliance.

When using your appliance, basic precautions should always be

followed, including the following:

• For countries where

marking is not required:

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including

children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or

lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given

supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a

person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with

the appliance.

• For countries where

marking is required:

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and

above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental

capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been

given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance

in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

Children shall not play with the appliance.

Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children

without supervision.

• The appliance must not be left unattended while it is connected

to the supply mains.

• The plug must be removed from the socket-outlet before the

water reservoir is filled with water.

• The appliance must not be stored until it has cooled.

• The filling, or decalcifying, or rinsing, or inspection apertures that are

under pressure, shall not be opened during use or before the appliance

has cooled down completely (for pressurized appliances only).
