Scope of Limited Warranty:

1. For any fault relating to manuf acturing, the warranty perio d starts from the date of purchase.

Thermaltake provides a guara ntee for free maintenance and re pair. See the “Product

Warranty Period” for the durat ion of the product.

2. The warranty period starts fr om the date of the purchase invoic e. In the event that the

purchase invoice is missing, t he warranty period will start fr om the date of delivery

product with a defect-free pro duct of the same type. In the event th at the product in question

is out of production, the defect ive ones shall be replaced with pr oducts of the same or

similar grades.

but will not provide a repair guar antee. If the product cannot be re paired, please seek a

warranty service with the stor e at which the product was purchas ed.

6. Thermaltake remains as and is s till the owner of any parts remove d from the "defective”

product during the maintenan ce or repair. Thermaltake may us e new or processed parts

from different manufacture rs during and for maintenance or r epair of defective product.

7. Exclusion of Damages (Discl aimer)

Thermaltake's sole obligat ion and liability under this war ranty is limited to the repair or

replacement of a defective pro duct at our option. Thermaltak e shall not, in any event, be

liable to the purchaser or any thi rd party for any incidental or con sequential damage,

site where the product was purc hased.

3. When you send your product for maintenanc e, repair or replacement, please bring the

invoice in order to fa cilitate the operation in-store .
