Avant la première utilisation
• Retirez tous les matériaux d‘emballage.
• Une légère odeur peut émaner de l’appareil lors de la pre-
mière mise en marche. C’est pourquoi, faites fonctionner
l’appareil pendant env. 10 min. sans lisser vos cheveux.
Prévoyez une aération sufsante !
Mise en service
1. Déroulez complètement le câble secteur.
2. Branchez le câble d’alimentation dans une prise de courant
en bon état de fonctionnement.
3. Faites glisser le bouton de la poignée sur la position “ON”
pour allumer l’appareil.
Le témoin de contrôle s’allume. Au bout de quelques
minutes, l’appareil est opérationnel.
Application
• Utilisez l’appareil exclusivement sur des cheveux secs.
• Saisissez une mèche, tirez-la doucement vers le bas et
lissez-la.
• Piquetez les autres mèches, voire attachez-les.
• Avant de presser les deux moitiés pour les réunir pendant
environ 5 secondes, nous vous conseillons de vous assu-
rer que la position soit correcte. Commencez toujours à la
racine pour emmener l’appareil ensuite vers les pointes.
• Pour obtenir un résultat uniforme, il importe que les
mèches suivantes tombent toutes dans la même ligne.
Pour arrêter l’appareil
• Faites glisser le bouton sur la position “OFF” après utilisa-
tion.
• Débrancher l’appareil.
• Laissez l’appareil refroidir avant de le ranger ! À cet effet,
couchez l’appareil sur un côté du boîtier ou accrochez-le à
l’aide de son œillet d’accrochage.
ATTENTION :
Cet appareil n’est pas conçu pour être plongé dans l’eau pendant le
nettoyage.
• Respectez les instructions que nous avons incluses pour vous dans
le chapitre “Nettoyage et Entretien”.
Nettoyage et Entretien
AVERTISSEMENT :
• Débranchez toujours l‘appareil avant de le nettoyer.
• En aucun cas plonger l’appareil dans de l’eau pour le nettoyer.
Vous risqueriez de provoquer une électrocution ou un incendie.
ATTENTION :
• Ne pas utiliser de brosse en l de fer ou autres objets
abrasifs.
• Ne pas utiliser de détergents agressifs ou abrasifs.
• Nettoyez le boîtier de l‘appareil avec chiffon sec et doux
sans utiliser d‘autres produits.
• Nettoyez la plaque chauffante à l‘aide d‘un chiffon légè-
rement mouillé. Vous pouvez, si nécessaire, utiliser un
détergent à vaisselle traditionnel.
• Bien sécher les plaques chauffantes après chaque net-
toyage !
