5 4 I l or Swing down the Front Cover swing out the Cartridge Holder and remove the Starter Cartridge The Cartridge can be removed where the line marker on its outside is aligned with the upper edge of the Cartridge Holder If the Cartridge cannot be removed rotate it slightly clockwise or counterclockwise 3 Hold the Toner Cartridge so that its tab is on the upper side shake it well and peel off the tape Once the tape has been removed hold the Cartridge so that its Toner Port faces up 4 Align the tab on the Toner Cartridge with the notch in the Cartridge Holder and slide the Cartridge into position Then swing in the Cartridge Holder until it locks into position and close the Front Cover Setting Up If E and blink alternately the tape has not been removed from the Starter Cartridge Remove the tape and perform the starter charging procedure again If E and blink alternately call your Technical Representative
