circuit wires, damaged
connector or damaged
ECM output pins
Check for 0.85 t
o1.15ohms
between engine connector pin
1 and ECM connector pin A-M2.
Check for 12 vo
lts on pin 2 of
coil connector.
Check fuse 8 (refer to
WIRING
DIAGRAM
).
Refer to the Service Manual for
more details.

Ignition coil 3 open
circuit or shorted to
ground or to battery
Damaged coil, damaged
circuit wires, damaged
connector or damaged
ECM output pins
Check for 0.85 to 1.15 ohms
between engine connector pin 3 and
ECM connect
or pin A-M1.
Check for 12 volts on pin 2 of
coil connector.
Check fuse 9
(refer to
WIRING
DIAGRAM
).
